It’s All In the Details

When living in a small space, details really matter. Pops of color and interesting fabrics really stand out, but there definitely is not much room for decorative baubles. Most of the decor needs to be functional as well.

I think that if this project could be funded on a large scale in the cities with a strict ethos, keeping it funky and beautiful and not cutting any corners to make it cheapscate, this could easily become the new trend for funky young people. Imagine living on a level with your friends, and like-minded people. Why not? It’s the ultimate recycling project!

      Absolutely! I think this project has great potential especially as we see more and more young people moving into bigger cities where the jobs are. It incorporates a lot of the issues that young people are concerned with — sustainability, community, green living, affordable housing, etc. I can definitely attest that it was a fantastic living experience. I would love to live in a place like that on a longer term!
